Guest Limit & Extra Charges
- The maximum occupancy per villa asmansion on front website
- Additional guests (beyond 12) are allowed only if the villa capacity permits, at a charge of ₹1,100 per person per night.
- The number of guests must not exceed the booking confirmation without prior approval.
Food & Dining
- Chef-on-call service is available upon request. The cost of ingredients and groceries will be charged as per actuals.
- Guests may also order food from partner restaurants, and our concierge team can assist with reservations and food delivery.
Property Rules & Responsibilities
- security deposit is required, any damages caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are strictly not allowed in the villas.
- Guests are requested to keep doors and windows closed when not in use to prevent insects from entering.
- Lights and electrical appliances should be turned off when not in use to conserve energy.
- No smoking inside the villas. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Moving indoor furniture outside or using any decoration that may damage property fixtures is not permitted.
- The use of flammable/explosive materials, illegal substances, or involvement in any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
Events & Noise Policy
- Santosa Club Villas allows small gatherings with prior approval. Large parties and events are not permitted.
- Music must be taken indoors between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, in compliance with local Bhilwara regulations.
- Guests are requested to respect neighbours’ privacy and maintain a peaceful environment.
Pool & Safety
- Each villa has a private swimming pool for guests’ enjoyment.
- Pool cleaning charges will apply in case of damage or contamination due to food, drinks, or any external substances.
- Road side CCTV cameras and security guards are in place for the safety and security of guests. However, guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The management is not responsible for any accidents or injuries, especially involving children, in or around the pool area.
- Guests must dry off completely before using indoor furniture after swimming.
Liability & Indemnity
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and agree to indemnify the management and owners against any claims, accidents, injuries, or losses during their stay.
- The management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if any rules are violated.
