Refund Policy

Booking Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the stipulated cancellation period.
  • If a booking is cancelled before 7 days of the check-in date, a full refund will be provided.
  • If cancelled before 2 days of check-in, a 50% refund will be given.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of check-in.


No-Show Policy : 
If the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be processed.

Early Check-Out : 
If a guest decides to check out earlier than the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

Payment Processing Time : 
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation. 
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

Special Cases & Non-Refundable Bookings : 
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable, as specified during booking.
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Modification of Refund Policy : 
The company reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.
